I establish the systems and governance that allow complex organizations to execute reliably. Two decades across live music, culinary, and global advocacy — every turn added something useful. Turns out the skills that make a kitchen run during service and the skills that make a PMO function under pressure are more similar than you'd think.

At Global Citizen, I built the organization's first PMO from scratch — instituting cross-functional governance across 100+ stakeholders, multimillion-dollar portfolios, and programs on six continents. Before that, four years at Beatport standing up and leading the PM function across a team of four — cross-functional launch coordination, marketing operations, and the operating infrastructure between product, marketing, and execution.

When AI started changing what operational leverage actually looked like, I got curious and stayed curious. opsIQ — a Slack-native LMS that generates quizzes from SOPs and administers them automatically — went from zero to production on Cloudflare's developer platform without an engineering team and $0.28 in infrastructure costs. The tools available for closing systems gaps got dramatically more interesting. I'm still closing them.
