I've spent two decades building operational infrastructure in organizations that didn't have it — turning ambiguity into systems, and systems into outcomes. The career path has been genuinely weird — live music, culinary, global advocacy — and every turn added something useful. Turns out the skills that make a kitchen run during service and the skills that make a PMO function under pressure are more similar than you'd think.

At Global Citizen, I formally launched and built Global Citizen's first PMO from scratch — cross-functional programs spanning 100+ stakeholders, multimillion-dollar portfolios, and events across six continents. Before that, I spent four years at Beatport leading a team of four PMs and doing the same thing in music tech: cross-functional launch coordination, marketing operations, and building the connective tissue between product, marketing, and execution. I operate at 30,000 feet and in the weeds, often simultaneously.

When AI started changing what operational leverage actually looked like, I got curious and stayed curious. opsIQ — a Slack-native LMS that generates quizzes from SOPs and administers them automatically — went from zero to production on Cloudflare's developer platform with no engineering team and $0.28 in infrastructure costs. I find systems gaps and close them. Recently the tools available for doing that got dramatically more interesting.
